Hi what version of KDE is this fixed in? I notice the divider cursor is fixed
when I move horizontally across inside of Dolphin. 

However if I open a terminal by pressing "F4" inside Dolphin and I move
vertically, the cursor sticks in divider mode for a while as I move the mouse
around over the terminal.

I am still seeing the cursor problem inside of Krita.
