Yes,but not only for executables,but also for other file types.

When I download a program not from the repos,then no app menu shortcuts get
created by default,so I copy the location of the file I want to have a app menu
shortcut,then open kmenuedit and add a shortcut.
So it would be faster for me if I could just right click the file I want and
add them via a dialog.
