  Neither Claudius nor my mockups found enough agreement so far with Méven having a contrasting suggestion to put the actions below the information panel (https://phabricator.kde.org/M178#4431). There aren't enough other voices in general here for us to come to a conclusion. We would need better mockups or more people supporting one idea here I think for this task to move forward.
