What I see is... for a new user on a recently installed F34

To start with .config/baloofilerc does not include any
    exclude folders[$e]
    folders[$e]
the lines are not there. If I create a file in the home directory, it's not
picked up by baloo.

In the System Settings -> Search, I see Home excluded and Documents, Music,
Pictures and Videos included and with a change to these, the baloofilerc is
updated.

I'm guessing there is a default baloo configuration somewhere else...
interesting that we see different behaviours.
