SUMMARY
Dolphin would be unresponsive for about a minute or 2 when trying to open up
the game folder directly from Steam

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on an installed game from Steam library
2. Select "Properties"
3. Under "Local Files", select "Browse"

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin would try to load, but seem to be not responding.  Dolphin window is
open, but transparent.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin would immediately launch to the desired folder

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It'd take about a minute in order for it to show up.  Prior versions would
actually just crash outright so this is an improvement.
