lagging sample video (just opening and scrolling no other operations)

SUMMARY
Slow performance at all. Loading directories is slow. Showing files' and
folders' size/content is slow. Copy/Cut - Paste operations are starting slowly
(what I mean is even I have already pasted a file or folder, using keyboard
shortcuts, pasting starts after a few seconds right after files/folders
size/content... During this loading scrolling is also laggy and slow. To have
smooth experience every time I want to do something using Dolphin I have to
wait to load some information. It used to be smoother on KDE Plasma 5.21.
I'm not meeting similar issues with other file managers.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open big directory and start scrolling - laggy
2. copy a folder/file
3. open another big directory and paste fast - have to wait until it loads to
start pasting - slow and laggy

OBSERVED RESULT
delay (a big one) noticed

EXPECTED RESULT
smooth, fast and productive experience as it used to be
