Sorry for the late reply. I am using the original Kwin. 

I solved this problem dont remember when by adding the URL navigagtor to the
Kwin toolbar, which moved the address bar from the folder view to the toolbar,
then suddenly everything is doing well. So I think this problem is related to
the URL navigator. To verify my hypothesis, I removed the URL navigator from
the toolbar,then problem recurred again.
