Dolphin: 20.12.1

Thre recent changes messed up Dolphin (removal of jpegs intenal scan of thumbs,
but its Ok when it speeds up display, but there's a downside: jpegs aren't
displayed beyond 3MB, and there is a hidden settings (week discovery of the
settings) to fix it.
