By enabling one level of the sliders at a time, I managed to get a non-crashing
version. The .conf file now looks like this:

[UserFeedback]
ApplicationStartCount=2
LastSubmission=@DateTime(\0\0\0\x10\0\0\0\0\0\0%\x86\x62\x4\x17Kt\0)
StatisticsCollectionMode=DetailedUsageStatistics
SurveyInterval=0

If I start Dolphin with this file, it does *not* crash. However, if I remove
the LastSubmission line, it consistently crashes at startup.
