Also, yes, I have a 144 Hz display. I notice that when I set the refresh rate
to 60 Hz, log out and back in, the double-click issue is gone. Then I can
change the refresh rate back up again, and the issue is still gone - though I
assume it will come back on next login.

I tried searching for an issue for this, but didn't find one. If you do not
know of one, I can create one.
