SUMMARY
Dolphin does not support all timestamps it is missing change time (ctime) for
file and folder.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file and folder in list view column and properties
2. Dolphin does not show change time (ctime)

OBSERVED RESULT
Change time (ctime) is missing.

EXPECTED RESULT
Add change time (ctime) as option to list view column and show by default under
properties for file/folder.
