I tried a lot of things to solve my frequency problems.
I just recently switched to Linux and in particular KDE, so I don't even know
how to switch this X11 to Wayland =)
kwin --v showed (kwin 5.19.5)
echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE showed (x11)

for now, I'll try to test it with another video driver.
