Can confirm with >200% scaling. It affects more than just Dolphin's Places
panel sidebar; it's everywhere for all monochrome icons that have colorful
versions at 32px size. Moving to KIconThemes, which is I believe where
KIconLoader lives.

I tried to work around it with
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/breeze-icons/-/merge_requests/3 but I failed.
Maybe someone else can figure out why it didn't work.
