Thats the right mouse button emulation triggered by a long click, it shows the
context menu (See Qt::TapAndHoldGesture,
https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/gestures-overview.html).

This is explicitly enabled by dolphin
(panels/information/informationpanelcontent.cpp).
