An action I do often is scrolling to the top, usually to use a recent/new file,
and what I end up doing is just using my mouse's scrollwheel, which can take a
couple of seconds to complete sometimes. 

I just looked in the toolbar's options to see if there was an item to Go To Top
or similar, but found none. Maybe it might be a good idea to add these? Go To
Top, Go To Bottom.
