1. I configured dolphin with "remember view settings for each folder"
2. I choose my prefered view-settings in home folder (detail-view, not-grouped,
sorting, size,..).
3. I apply it "to all folders" under view-menu
4. I navigate to "home/Downloads" folder

The view-settings are not applied: the items are grouped.
