SUMMARY
This bug relates to bug 280043 in the way, that digiKam image ratings are not
shown in the information panel (when written to the file) even though there is
a rating entry. It seems that dolphin and gwenview use the same rating logic
whereas digiKam uses a different one.
Please make the logic compatible. I know that in dolphin you can rate folders
too, but even then it might be possible to use/show the digiKam rating only
when applicable (for pictures).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set an image rating with digiKam
2. look at the same image with dolphin (or gwenview)
(... works the other way round, too!)

OBSERVED RESULT
- there is no rating shown

EXPECTED RESULT
- the rating from digiKam should be visible
