STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install ViPNet CSP via wine
2. uninstall ViPNet CSP via wine
3. click (execute) at icon on desktop 

OBSERVED RESULT
Unknown error code 100
chdir: No such file or directory

EXPECTED RESULT
recommend deleting a non-working shortcut on the desktop
