Freshly installed Garuda Dra46nize. Dolphin displays this message when clicking
on any panel place or side bar location : "could not create
<io-slave>.Klauncher informs: Error loading
</usr/lib/qt/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so>
so I can't access  the user's folders at all, no Downloads, no Documents or any
media at all. Instead you have to resort to terminal all the time!
