I don't know how the internals work here, but shouldn't the CRA ask for debug
information only for the relevant libraries? Or are you saying that some of the
relevant libraries have been replaced by non-Neon ones?

Asking because with #435490, CRA was able to pull together information
(apparently?) but failed to connect to bugs.kde.org.

Any ideas/common culprits as to what software might be tainting the libraries?
I did install Gnome (for the calculator, much better ergonomics than the KDE
ones) - maybe that's it?
