A node in the Folders panel tree element without a child, in this case: caused
when a folder doesn't have a sub-folder inside of it.

[If you are using Details view mode, you get the same sort of tree element, but
the folders can be expanded as long as it's not empty and empty folder. Whereas
the Folders panel tree will only expand if there is a sub-folder inside the
folder.]

I've attached a screenshot to better illustrate the issue.
