SUMMARY
Hovering over abbreviated file names, should show complete file name

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change width of file panel to abbreviate some file names ( e.g. will have
...)
2. Hover over the filename.
3. Should show complete file name.

OBSERVED RESULT
Does not show full filename.

EXPECTED RESULT
Would be highly convenient if it did.
