Ok, so this is the expected behavior.
The idea is that the "Mount" and "Unmount" entry on the contextual menu of the
ISO file act as if you physically inserted or ejected the CD-ROM.

It would be nice to be able to remove the unmounted iso file from Dolphin's
Place pane directly but it is much more difficult to implement for me since it
involves modifying Dolphin's code.
