SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Right monitor as primary
2. Open Dolphin on Right monitor
3. Click Sort By

OBSERVED RESULT
Sort menu appears on the left monitor even though dolphin is open on the right
monitor (which is my primary monitor)

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu should open on the same monitor that dolphin is open on
