Yes, back when I started adding more items to the sidebar, I proposed this, but
these entries were controversial, so I dropped the idea in order to get
*something* done. You can see the context and history here:

If someone wanted to do this, they would add them to the shared KIO Places
model that Dolphin uses, around here:
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/blob/master/src/filewidgets/kfileplacesmodel.cpp#L286

>From a political perspective, most of the people who objected back then are no
longer around today, so there's a window of opportunity to get it done now. I'd
