SUMMARY
Copying /home only copies the directories, not the files inside.

1.go to /
2.click/drag home to external storage
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
directories were copied

EXPECTED RESULT
directories and files within to be copied

KDE Plasma Version: unknown, install deleted (regularly checked for updates
weekly)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Updates on entire system were checked at least once a week. This was discovered
after a reinstall of the OS
