Seems fixable. I'm still not clear why you need this workaround on Fedora in
the first place though. If dbus activation isn't reliable for Dolphin, isn't,
like, the rest of the system broken too? We use dbus activation for a lot of
things, and even more in Plasma 5.20 and beyond.

Basically I want to understand the problem so we can see if the best solution
is you removing the workaround, or us explicitly supporting it.
