I've had this happen to me. It capitalises the first letter when a file or
folder of that name exists and is also capitalised, it's part of the
autocomplete.

It's annoying for me but not stopping me using Dolphin.

I would like it if it was lower case but if the greater consensus is that it
should follow autocomplete then that's fine with me.

It's a UX thing more than a bug.
