[dolphin] [Bug 427708] Problem navigating using the "TAB" key in Dolphin 20.11

No.Before a recent upgrade I was able to press "TAB" twice and then navigate
through "Places" and then after hitting "Enter" the navigation mode had
switched back to folder/file view automatically.

The problem is not that I'm stuck in the aforementioned panel,but I cannot go
there using just keyboard shortcuts at all.Pressing "TAB"s cannot switch the
navigation mode(to panels) anymore.

Needless to say if I left-click the "Places Panel" I can navigate through it
using up/down keys thereafter.But I want to eliminate the need to "left-click".

BTW I've posted an image as attachment which demonstrates my Dolphin
configuration.That might help.
