Verified not occurring on KDE Neon (User Edition) as of 2020-05-22. 
Previously, on 2020-05-14 I thought it was fixed but at that time the bug
stopped happening for subfolders in my symlinks, but I would still get the bug
for pasting into the symlink folder.
