SUMMARY
It is impossible to attach or detach tabs via drag-and-drop. This is common
capability from other file managers or browser is sadly missing in Dolphin.

1. drag-and-drop to attach or detach windows

OBSERVED RESULT
not possible

EXPECTED RESULT
the opposite
