Drag-and-Drop elements from list view applications, e.g. ARK, creates a solid
background, therefore obfuscating items underneath.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a third-party application.
2. Drag and drop files in list view
3. See a solid background, making it impossible to see items underneath, or
targeting.

OBSERVED RESULT
It very difficult to drag-and-drop elements into folders or at speficic places,
when they are hidden underneath a solid background.

EXPECTED RESULT
Semi-transparent background in drag-and-drop zone.
