SUMMARY
This is a combination of issues in Dolphin itself and in the spanish
translation: the correct translation of "foo copy" is "copia de foo". 

In the non-empty extension case, "%1%2 copy%3" ("<file path><filename>
copy.<extension>") is wrongly translated as "Copia de %1%2%3" (it should be
"%1Copia de %2%3"). This prevent writing the copy. 

On the other hand, in the empty extension case, there is no sepatare <file
path> and <filename> tokens, which makes it impossible to translate it properly
to Spanish. It's also confusing that the <file path> token means a different
thing in each case.
