SUMMARY
"Skip previews for local files above:" is set to 100 MiB in "Previews" tab of
settings window but Dolphin shows thumbnails for video files above 400 MiB
anyway.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Skip previews for local files above:" feature should also work with video
files.
