SUMMARY
If you enter an sftp or fish URL without explicitly specifying the path, the up
button is not clickable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to sftp without specifying a path (enter just sftp://<hostname>)
2. Get redirected to a subdirectory (you would usually end up in
sftp://<hostname>/home/<username>/)

OBSERVED RESULT
Up button in toolbar is grayed out. If you instead explicitly specify the path,
the button is clickable. If you edit the path to go to a different directory,
the button also becomes clickable.

EXPECTED RESULT
Up button should be clickable.
