Context menu extension are shared via GHNS. I haven't checked if such an
extension is already there. If not, feel free to add it.

I would suggest to not lauch the shred commands directly, but use a kdialog
asking for confirmation first. You can launch bash scripts in Exec= line.

Additionally, I would suggest to not name the action "Safe(ly) Remove", because
it is misleading. You savely remove an USB stick to not destroy its files.
