Okay what I was suggesting was already implemented. Just go to Settings >
Configure Dolphin > Services  then check the "'Copy to' and 'Move to' commands"

But the 'Create folder in current directory -> move selected files to new
folder' is not there yet. I bet there's not a shortcut there either.
