STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to Breeze Dark
2. open /usr/share/icons/breeze/applets/22/ location with Dolphin
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The monochrome icons are invisible. Compare the screenshots showing Dolphin and
nautilus please.

EXPECTED RESULT
visible monochrome icons
