I cannot reproduce this problem with a overall region of Switzerland (de_CH)
and the time format for en_GB, the Modified column dates are correctly in the
dd/mm/yyyy format. Could you try a different time format (Venezuela might be a
good one - they use dd/m/yy) and see if the problem persists?
