The name is not correctly showed

SUMMARY
I have several filenames in arab language. However, Dolphin is not respecting
my local filename name convention. That's, instead of show filename as
"filename.extension", Dolphin is showing in the filename of those files a
strange mixture of the name and the extension.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create some filenames with arab language characters and a extension

OBSERVED RESULT
Filename not correctly showed

EXPECTED RESULT
Respect local filename composition when showing filename
