Actually, the indication should be made through the system tray icon (cycling
blue dot around the number of operations). Click on it then click on the ">"
button to expand the progress data.

This was made to diminish the user annoyance. You can configure notification by
clicking the top triangle button in the tray then right-clicking on
"Notifications" and choosing "Configure Notifications..."
