Capacity bars

SUMMARY
With
https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/merge_requests/31/diffs
capacity bars were added, and there is no way to disable them.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Capacity bars under the devices

EXPECTED RESULT
An option to disable these bars
