Bug ID: 430076
Summary: Files on external hard drives should be deleted upon
pressing "delete", not moved to your internal drive.
Currently there is no *obvious way to delete these
files at all*
Product: dolphin
Version: 20.08.2
Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general

Target Milestone: ---
SUMMARY
On every other system, when you "delete" a file from an external disk it does
what you expect - DELETE the file, typically after a warning. Not Dolphin
though, here it gets moved to your main disk, into the trash folder.
But this is not even the worst thing here. Not only is the expected behavior
not default, it's not even realistically achievable. The only way to do it, is
if you know the hidden "delete permanently shortcut," which is nowhere to be
found in the GUI.
