SUMMARY
Please implement a sessionmanager in dolphin.

Actually dolphin-session are stored in some form of plasma-session with does
not neccessarily represent the last real dolphin-states.

it would be nice to see two new functions as a form of session-manager:

1.) Named Session
    safe custom sessions like in kate

2.) Last Session
    remember the last session as dolphin is closed/terminates


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Leave dolphin open while logging out (safe_Session)
2. relogin and strt different dolphin session (last_Session)
3. terminate Plasmasession
4. relogin 

OBSERVED RESULT
dolphin starts with safed_session

EXPECTED RESULT
Offer Session-Manoager including another option
1.) Named Session
2.) Last Session
3.) Plasmasession
