T11627: Improve KIO asynchronicity

  I have tried using https://www.kdab.com/uiwatchdog-a-keepalive-monitor-for-the-gui-thread/ to see what makes the system stutter during file operation, it seems it is due to Breeze processing with styling loading, and QXcb* events.
