SUMMARY
I didn't experience this when opening from Dolphin, but if I use Firefox to
open up files, they usually open up at Firefox itself.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Save an image with Firefox
2. Open up an image

OBSERVED RESULT
Image opens up in Firefox as a separate Window

EXPECTED RESULT
Opens up preferred image viewer (in my case Gwenview)

Qt Version: 5.12.5
Kernel Version: 5.4.0-21-generic
OS Type: 64-bit

Memory: 15.6 GiB of RAM

I set the defaults using Dolphin, which is why I created the bug report under
Dolphin
