This is an one line patch for an old bug/problem (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=221107). The solution seems way to easy, but it works with my Dolphin.

Testing
-------

Manually with Dolphin and Shift+F4.

To test it yourself:
1. Open Dolphin
2. Press Shift+F4 to open Konsole
3. Give focus back to Dolphin
4. Press again Shift+F4
5. New window is behind/in front of Dolphin without/with patch
