Filepicker unusable

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use scaling, eg. 1.2x
2. open browser and choose a file to upload (opens Dolphin)
3. at first, everything seems normal. move mouse over a file --> filepicker
starts to look scrambled
4. resize the filepicker window 1px or more --> goes back to normal

OBSERVED RESULT
filepicker is scrambled

EXPECTED RESULT
should be normal

this has been happening to me using the latest releases (both beta and stable)
for at least three months
