SUMMARY
Icons do not flicker if I scroll using the mouse wheel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set display scaling factor to 1.2 in system settings > display and monitor >
display configuration
2. restart plasma session
3. open Dolphin
4. scroll the files list by dragging the scroll bar

OBSERVED RESULT
icons flicker.

EXPECTED RESULT
icons do not flicker
