Given situation: viewing the detail/tree view of a directory X, with the
following contents:

A
--ChildOfA.txt

B
C
...

I was inline renaming "ChildOfA.txt" (with the expanded folder A), while
another background process kept copying to the parent directory X.

The view updated while I was editing and when I pressed enter, instead of
renaming "ChildOfA.txt" it ended up renaming directory B.
